Our NY Experience Thus Far

It has been over a month since I wrote. I've had a lot going on. Right now, me and the girls are sick and trying to get well fast!

I got my first NY ticket. I got caught speeding and didnt even get a warning. Needless to say my fine by itself was $200 and then they added an extra $85 for a "surcharge" which turns into a community fee. So yeah NY sucks butt big time! Their laws are ridiculous up here. Everything is so expensive! I would definitely recommend VISITING but not living here. It's insane! They dont have Chick-fil-a, Zaxby's, DQ, Sonny's and Hardee's. It sucks! The girls and I are suppose to fly back to GA next monday through Sunday and I told Scott that I was going to Chick-fil-a and getting a bunch of chicken and packing it in my suitcase and bringing it back lol! We so miss just driving to see family and now we dont get that chance. It has been really hard and I didnt realize how much I took all of that for granted until we moved. Now I would do anything just to even move to SC that way we would still be close to family. But we even tried that bc we didnt really want to move up here.

Now granted this has been a good experience but I'm tired of it now. Gotta think positive!!!

So the girls and I are flying back home next wk for a wk and I'm very excited to see home and family but at the same time I'm nervous and sad because I have to go and fly with two precious little ones that have never flown before and without my husband. There is no telling when we will get to go home again because flights are soo expensive. We're hoping next tax return. There is no telling. But anyways that is our life as of right now. Everything is well. Oh and I cut my hair off! I hate it!!! I look ridiculous!! I plan on growing it out and NEVER cutting it again lol!!!
