Ahh....So some changes are about to happen in the Rogerson household. Can you believe that I'm sooo EXCITED about getting a brand new vacuum?!!! I've been needing a new vacuum for a pretty good while now and my little shark isnt really made for the carpet but great on our wood and tile floors. So we've just been researching and budgeting and what not on what we would like and what will last. I DO NOT want to buy another vacuum for a long time so it needs to be good. So after doing some research, we figured it was between a Kirby, Dyson and Oreck. The Kirby was out of the question because number one in order to buy one, you had to have a saleman come to the house and try to sale you one..no thanks and number two, the price. Scott nor me are ready to spend that much money on just a vacuum. The Dyson was a bit on the higher price side to and after doing research we found that there were a lot of mixed reviews. So, while we were in Target yesterday doing our first of the month shopping, we saw that they had the Oreck on sale and I must say a pretty good sale to us. So Scott and I decided that we would go home and think about it. Well this morning, I looked it up online and read reviews. It got 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. I must say thats really good in my book. All the reviews that I read were really positive and the owners seemed really happy and satisfied with their purchase. I have faith that the Oreck will do the trick. Now, I just have to let Scott know that is the one that I want and lets go get it..lol.
Okay back on the Rogerson household changes. Nope I'm sorry, we are not pregnant. We have actually decided no more kids. Our 2 beautiful princesses are plenty for us. :) We have Scott's younger sister, Heather coming to live with us for a short period of time and then she will get her own place. I actually go get her around 1 am tomorrow morning. I've been up since before 5am and I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to last. :/ But....we are excited and nervous at the same time. I really do think Heather will bring some good to our family. Like getting us back into church, which I miss and I need and just having family around us again; which we all really miss badly. :( I think she will be a good fit for our family. :)
